This website uses no advertising pixels, third-party analytics or tracking cookies. Fonts and photographs are served from this website. The hosting infrastructure may process ordinary access logs, including IP address, requested page and time, for delivery and security.
Your planner and WhatsApp
The planner creates your enquiry in your browser. It does not send the form to our server or create a reservation. Copying or downloading keeps the text on your device. Selecting WhatsApp opens the external service with a draft; you review it and choose whether to send it. Only after you send does the agency receive your message through WhatsApp.
WhatsApp applies its own privacy policy. Information you send, such as your name, travel dates, group size and notes, is used to discuss and prepare your requested trip. Do not include passport details, card numbers or health records in a general enquiry.

Simple website statistics
Our own analytics counts page views, WhatsApp link openings, transfer price calculations, prepared enquiries and enquiry downloads. It stores only daily totals by page, language, event and a broad source category (direct, search, social, referral or a recognized answer service). It does not store IP addresses, visitor identifiers, cookies, form contents, WhatsApp messages, full referrers or URL parameters. Opening WhatsApp is not a confirmed booking or a sent message.
These aggregates are kept for up to 400 days. Browsers with Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control enabled are excluded. We also read Google Search Console’s search performance and indexing reports for this website; this does not add a Google tracking script to your browser.
When no referrer is available, we recognize only the exact ChatGPT source marker in the incoming link. Only a fixed source category is stored, never the link or its parameters. This marker does not verify a recommendation.
Maps and transfer routes
Address searches and the pickup and drop-off coordinates you choose are sent to our server to find places and calculate the road route. Route results may be reused from a memory cache for up to five minutes; they are not saved to disk. The route service does not log search text, coordinates or IP addresses. Your name, flight details and notes stay in the page until you open WhatsApp with the enquiry.
When you open the map, your browser loads map images from OpenStreetMap. That provider receives your IP address and the map areas requested. The road calculation runs on our own server; it is not sent to a public routing or address-search service.
Enquiry records
After you contact us, staff may record your name, contact number, travel details, quoted price and notes in a private management panel to follow up your request. Records older than 365 days are removed during hourly maintenance. You can ask us to correct or delete a record using the contact details above.
Only staff signing into the management panel receive an essential session cookie, which expires after 12 hours. It is not used to track visitors.
